Focaccia is a type of Italian flat bread infused with olive oil; it has crisp outside and soft inside which is very similar to pizza without topping; in some places, it is also called as pizza bianca, i.e., white pizza. Focaccia can be in round, rectangular, or square shape. It is perfect to serve as side with soups, stews or other dishes. You can also slice the focaccia in half and make sandwiches.
It is super-easy and simple to make focaccia. You won't fail even you are not familiar with bread making. There is no need to knead at all, simply mix the ingredients to get the dough, proof the dough, then bake it.
